Psychotherapy & Life Coaching

Life is not what it’s supposed to be. It’s what it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference.
— Virginia Satir

People choose to speak to a psychotherapist or life coach for many reasons. Perhaps they are struggling with feelings that seem too much to carry alone. Maybe they are looking for someone to help them solve a problem in their job, family, or other relationships.

We have independent clinicians who can provide a safe, confidential space where change can take place.

Some issues individuals might want to address include:

  • Stress Management/Mindfulness

  • Relationships

  • Family/Parenting

  • Depression/Anxiety

  • Life Transitions

  • Career Assessment/Counseling

Please call to ask if one of the available independent clinicians takes your insurance.

Life Coaching is not typically covered by insurance. However, the advantages of working with a life coach are many. We can refer you to an independent specialist who can offer services at an hourly rate or discounted packages of multiple sessions.
