FCP Services LLC is a small but growing group practice that provides forensic consultation, assessment, evaluation, and psychological services to a diverse clientele. Our clinicians offer individual and group treatment to children, adolescents, adults, and couples. We also provide evaluation and treatment services to forensic populations. We are seeking Mental Health Counselors with independent licenses in Mental Health, Social Work and/or Marriage and Family Counseling and/or Licensed Clinical Psychologists for Part-Time to Full-Time Salaried positions. Duties & Responsibilities for PT/FT Clinicians:*
Conducts individual, family, couples and group therapy consistent with the philosophy of FCP Services LLC.
Prepares intake documentation, treatment plans, progress notes, discharge summaries, and behavioral health/billing documentation in a timely manner consistent with managed care standards.
Communicates with and provides information to billing, scheduling, and administrative staff accurately and appropriately.
Prepares client safety plans and/or directs clients to emergency and crisis support services if needed.
Participates in case collaboration and monthly peer supervision.
Will participate in marketing and promotional campaigns with the FCP Services team.
Coordinates client referrals to specialists or other community and emergency resources.
Part-time clinicians will be able to manage a minimum caseload of 13-15 clients per week; Full-time clinicians will be able to manage a minimum caseload of 25-30 clients per week. SALARY BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND CASELOAD.
Clinicians will have the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
At least 2 years of outpatient experience working with individual, families, and couples. Will consider psychotherapists who are close to licensure.
An active counseling license to practice independently in Massachusetts.
Strong organizational and self-directed management skills
Proven skills in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and person-centered therapies.
Knowledge and skills in crisis management.
Flexibility and willingness to work evenings, Saturdays, and on-call rotation.
Dedication to the improvement of the client population and the growth of the FCP Services team.
Ability and willingness to work with a diverse clientele, including forensic/offender populations.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the FCP Services staff and affiliated service providers.
Ability to learn clinical technology used in practice and willingness to participate in peer supervision
**Testing experience, interest and/or experience working with forensic populations, and report writing experience a plus.
