Mindfulness & Problem Solving
This is an open psychotherapy group that meets Mondays at 4pm to 5:30pm. Participants will learn skills to help them:
• More effectively manage negative feelings of depression and anxiety;
• Find Acceptance and the ability to cope with uncertainty;
• Express thoughts and feelings positively and effectively;
• Thrive in difficult and unchanging circumstances.

LET’S TALK ABOUT SEX—The Good, Bad & Problematic
This is a 15-week group which focuses on reducing problematic sexual behavior using a number of empirically validated modalities.
